We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada. Products sold on this website are intended for North American 120V / 60Hz electrical systems unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are normally processed on the next business day.

If an item is marked as pre-order, backorder, or special-order, the estimated shipping timeline will depend on product availability. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, delivery typically takes 3-10 business days within the United States and 5-15 business days to Canada, depending on destination, carrier service, customs processing, weather, and other carrier conditions.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. Some products or promotions may include free shipping. If free shipping applies, it will be displayed on the product page, cart, or checkout page.

Carriers and Tracking

We may ship orders through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, or other available logistics partners. Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos or videos.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier. If the carrier cannot locate it, contact us so we can assist with the investigation.
