Warranty Policy

All products sold on CyberHome Appliances are subject to strict quality inspection prior to shipment. As an independent online retailer, CyberHome Appliances is committed to providing clear, fair, and reliable after-sales support in accordance with the policy outlined below.

This policy applies to purchases made directly on cyberhome.app and is administered by Cyber Join Technology LLC.


Regional & Product Compatibility Notice

This website serves customers in the United States and Canada only.
All products sold on cyberhome.app are designed for 120V / 60Hz electrical systems and are not intended for use in regions with different voltage standards.


1. 7-Day No-Reason Returns

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.

Conditions:

  1. For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  2. For returns due to verified product quality issues, CyberHome Appliances will cover the return shipping cost.
  3. Returned products must be:
    • In original condition
    • With original packaging intact
    • With all accessories, parts, and any included gifts

Important Notes:

  • Return requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return shipping. Customers are advised to use trackable shipping methods and may file claims with the carrier if necessary.
  • Products returned with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of misuse may not be eligible for a refund.
  • If promotional discounts, bundle offers, or free gifts were applied to the original order, the corresponding value may be deducted from the refund if such items are not returned.

Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization
Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and supporting photos or videos if applicable.

Step 2: Confirmation
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within one business day with return instructions.

  • For non-quality issues: a return address will be provided
  • For quality issues: a prepaid return label may be issued

Step 3: Ship the Product
Please ship the product within 10 days after receiving return approval. Failure to ship within this timeframe may be considered a cancellation of the request.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours
  • Replacement items will be shipped within 48 hours where applicable

2. 30-Day Free Replacement (Quality Issues)

Within 30 days from delivery, if a product is confirmed to have a quality defect:

  • We will provide a free replacement of the same item, or
  • If the issue involves a replaceable component, we may provide replacement parts at no cost instead of replacing the entire unit

CyberHome Appliances will cover shipping costs for approved quality-related replacements.


3. One-Year Limited Warranty

All electrical appliances sold on cyberhome.app are covered by a one-year limited warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional failures under normal household use

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper operation
  • Commercial or non-household use
  • Failure to provide valid proof of purchase from cyberhome.app

Warranty Service During Coverage Period

Step 1:
Contact [email protected] with your order number, description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.

Step 2:
If the issue qualifies under warranty, we will provide repair instructions, replacement parts, or a return shipping label as appropriate.

Step 3:
Repairs or replacements will be completed within 2 weeks after receiving the returned item (excluding shipping time). Repair and return shipping costs will be covered by CyberHome Appliances.

Out-of-Warranty Service

For products beyond the warranty period:

  • Replacement parts or repair services may be provided at cost
  • Customers are responsible for shipping and service fees where applicable

4. Shipping Issues

Damaged During Delivery

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact [email protected] within 3 days of delivery
  2. Do not use the damaged product
  3. Provide clear photos or videos of the damage

We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement product or replacement parts as appropriate.

Lost During Delivery

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package was not received:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier within 2 days
  2. If the carrier cannot locate the package within 48 hours, contact us at [email protected]

We will assist with the investigation and arrange a replacement shipment if applicable.
