How to Make Yogurt

  1. Add about 1 quart / 1L of milk to the glass container. Use cold milk or milk below 104°F / 40°C before adding starter culture.
  2. Add starter culture (about 5g starter powder or about 4 tbsp plain yogurt) and mix gently until fully combined.
  3. Close the glass container lid and place the container into the inner pot.
  4. Put on the cover and connect the power supply.
  5. Press the function button and select Yogurt.
  6. The default yogurt program is 8 hours at 104°F / 40°C.
  7. If needed, adjust the fermentation time with the timer button, then confirm.
  8. Do not disturb the appliance during the cycle.
  9. After the cycle ends, check the yogurt and refrigerate before serving for best texture.

How to Make Greek Yogurt

  1. Prepare yogurt first using milk and starter.
  2. Select Greek Yogurt; the default cycle is 10 hours at 104°F / 40°C.
  3. After fermentation, refrigerate the yogurt for about 3 hours to help it set.
  4. Place the strainer into the second clean glass container.
  5. Pour the fermented yogurt into the strainer.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 6–8 hours, depending on how thick you want it.

*Prepare fermented yogurt first, then strain it to make Greek yogurt.
*The liquid drained during straining is whey and can be used in other recipes.

How to Make Fruit Wine

  1. Wash and crush ripe fruit or fruit mixtures.
  2. Layer fruit and sugar in the glass container according to your preferred recipe.
  3. Close the lid and place the container into the inner pot.
  4. Select Fruit Wine.
  5. The default program is 36 hours at 86°F / 30°C.
  6. Stir with a sterile spoon every 24 hours for full fermentation.
  7. Allow gases to escape through the vent if needed.
  8. After the cycle ends, strain and refrigerate the finished product.

How to Make Soft White Cheese

  1. Sterilize all containers, lids, strainers, and utensils that touch ingredients.
  2. Add warm whole milk plus lemon juice or vinegar according to your recipe.
  3. Stir well, close the lid, and place the container into the inner pot.
  4. Select Cheese.
  5. The default cheese program is 6 hours at 140°F / 60°C.
  6. After the cycle ends, cool first and refrigerate for about 3 more hours.
  7. Pour the cheese base into the strainer to remove whey.
  8. Refrigerate until the desired texture is reached.

Tips for Best Results

  • Use whole milk for a thicker, creamier texture.
  • Use fresh starter culture for more reliable fermentation.
  • Do not move or open the appliance during the cycle.
  • Chill the finished yogurt before judging thickness.
  • Longer fermentation usually means thicker and more sour yogurt.
