Leakage may be caused by a damaged or misaligned silicone sealing ring between the blender cup and the blade base.
Your package should include spare sealing rings. Please try replacing the current seal with one of the spare rings first.

- Add a small amount of warm water, broth, or milk
- Blend in smaller batches instead of filling the cup too full
- Run an additional blending cycle if needed
- Remove visible fat, sinew, or tough connective tissue before cooking

What should I do if the lid gets stuck or cannot be secured?
This may happen if the safety lock mechanism is not fully aligned.
